Anthony J. "Tony" DiSarcina received his BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. He began his career with the Boston Redevelopment Authority in 1964. From 1972-1982, he was employed by the Metropolitan Planning Organization where he became the Director of Traffic Staff. He then left to join Cambridge Systematics where he was recognized and awarded for “Technical Excellence” for his work with the Central Artery/Tunnel project in 1994. He finished his career at Howard, Stein and Hudson Engineering. The records document Anthony J. DiSarcina’s civil engineering work with the Central Artery/Tunnel project from ca. 1994-2010. Included are correspondence, engineering plans, environmental impact reports, memoranda and studies. Also included are 10 compact discs. The collection is unprocessed. 92/9 Accessioned 2015 Dec 04.
