This collection consists of materials relating to Women Making Music: The Western Art Tradition, 1150-1950, which Tick co-edited with Jane Bowers in 1986. The collection is unprocessed. Judith Tick is the Matthews Distinguished University Professor of Music at Northeastern University. Tick is an authority on American music and the history of women in music.
