John S. “Jack” Driscoll is a graduate of Northeastern University (AS ’57) and visiting scholar at MIT since 1994. He formerly was Editor-in-Residence at the MIT Media Laboratory from 1995 to 2008.  Previously he was at the Boston Globe for nearly 40 years, seven as Editor. The collection includes the following VHS cassettes: “Scientia Program #6” Idea Television (nd), “Staff Writing Seminar” Boston Globe (1986), “Call-In with John S. Driscoll” C-SPAN (1988), “The Boston Globe: The First 125 Years” (1997), “Project Cool” MSNBC (1997), and “Dairy of a Hobo: Bill Jodrey and Jack Driscoll” Chronicle WCVB-TV (2002). In addition, there is one brochure for the monograph “Heaven Becomes Hell: A Survivor’s Story of Life Under the Khmer Rough”. The collection is unprocessed. Accessioned 2016 Sep 06. 47/2
