Video tapes The records include publications, annual reports, and audio-visual material reflecting the grant-making activity of the Foundation. The collection is unprocessed. The Boston Foundation was founded in 1915 to relieve hardship from World War I. Currently, the Foundation is involved in grant-making, special initiatives, and civic leadership programs in the Boston area to support work on a variety of community issues. Accessioned 2008 Dec 08. This material was originally accessioned with the Persistant Poverty Project records. Publications should be cataloged into the book collection. 42/1-2
