Philip X. Navin graduated from Northeastern in 1943 with a degree in Engineering. Navin served as a Drum Major in the Northeastern Band from 1941-1943. The collection consists of one Northeastern University Band Drum Major uniform (jacket and pants), circa 1941-1943, and one copy of The Drum Major's Manual (published 1930).
