The collection is unprocessed. The Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy at Northeastern University conducts interdisciplinary research, in collaboration with civic leaders and scholars both within and beyond the University, to identify and implement solutions to the critical challenges facing urban areas throughout Greater Boston, the Commonwealth, and the nation. Founded in 1999 as the Center for Urban and Regional Policy, and renamed for Kitty and Michael Dukakis in 2008, the Dukakis Center carries out applied research on a broad range of urban issues from affordable housing and local economic development to workforce training, state and local finance, and transportation planning. 46/3
