John M. Quinlan papers
Content Description
John M. “Jack” Quinlan (b. July 11, 1935) served as Massachusetts state senator (1965-1975). In 1991, Quinlan became a spokesperson for the Central Artery/Tunnel project also know as the "Big Dig" (1982-2007). In 1997, Quinlan was promoted to the position of Director of Public Affairs for the project serving until 2003. The papers consist of aerial photography of the Central Artery/Tunnel Project also known as "The Big Dig."
