The records consist of contracts, minutes (1972-1984 are missing), correspondence, financial information, internal and external reports, member information, and records pertaining to the BGCB's constitution and bylaws. A highlight of the subseries includes correspondence from Herbert Hoover, J. Edgar Hoover, and Franklin D. Roosevelt to Frank Mason, founder of BGCB.
B. The Board of Directors records (3 cubic ft.) consist of meeting minutes, correspondence, memoranda, reports, clubhouse information and biographical information about board members, 1910-2002.
