Summary:

From the Series:

This series consists of public relations material and publications from the Center's External Relations Department headed by David Atteratta. The series contains advertisements, brochures, flyers, logos, newspaper clippings, posters, press releases, public service announcements, testimonials, and publications. Public relations materials for specific programs and events include the Celebration of Life Thanksgiving Dinner, Dog Day Afternoon, In-Line Against AIDS, and Some Like It Hot. The Center's publications include their monthly member newsletter Centerpiece and quarterly donor newsletter Cornerstone. Cornerstone was renamed Lifetimes in 2000 but returned to its original name in 2007. The Art of Living book was published by the Center and presents a collection of artwork by people living with HIV/AIDS. The artwork was created in art classes provided by the Center. In addition, there are catalogs of classes and events offered by the Center. The catalogs started out as quarterlies and became monthly in 2008. Also included are interview transcripts of unknown origin and a written testimony by a member about her experiences. Electronic records are included in the “Holiday Card” folder and are located separately in Box 19.
