Scope and Contents
The series consists of records from The Cambridge Phoenix during the time of the employee strike and include a list of demands and press releases, and the records from the subsequent founding of The Real Paper including articles of organization, stockholders’ agreement, and compensation plan. Also included are day to day files such as correspondence, board of directors meeting minutes, and employee union records.
Newspaper clippings are from publications that covered the Phoenix employee strike and the founding and publication history of The Real Paper.
Posters consist of advertisements for The Real Paper and a staff photograph.
