Scope and Contents
This series documents working groups, projects, conferences and other events that Garcia was involved with, as well as subject files. It's possible that some of these files belong with other series in the collection, but the relationship could not be determined by the processing archivist. This series also contains resumes, remarks given, application materials, and professional recognitions; materials relating to Garcia's Community Fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, for which she focused on Dominicans in Boston; several photographs; and a small amount of records documenting her time at the Roxbury Multi-Service Center and at the Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center.
