Daniel McNichol served as Deputy Director for Public Affairs and spokesperson for the Big Dig construction project in Boston, Massachusetts from 1993-2000. The Committee was established in 1993 to lessen the impact of the Central Artery/Tunnel Project on the North End and Waterfront neighborhoods of Boston, Massachusetts.
