This series comprises minutes, histories, brochures, scrapbooks, member cards, contracts, reports, and publications that document the activities of branch units. The Huntington Avenue Branch (see also Central Branch) was considered the central unit of the Boston YMCA; some of its activities and programs were citywide, while some were branch-specific. Materials that particularly related to the Huntington Avenue Branch are organized in this series, while those that were citywide can be found in Series V. Subject Files.
