Materials in this series consist of correspondence, brochures and pamphlets, reports, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, newspaper and newsletters, cards, fund-raising records, financial reports, hymn books, receipts, publications, legal documents, writings, prospectuses, and yearbooks. This series contains information about the Boston chapter's affiliation with national and state YMCA federations. Also present are several scrapbooks of newspaper clippings that record athletic, social, and general news of the Boston YMCA. Electronic material such as preservation photography and oral histories related to the 2011 agreement between the Massachusetts Historical Commission, Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, Phoenix Property Company, Northeastern University and the YMCA of Greater Boston can be found in this series.
