The Administrative and Programs series documents such programs as the Center for AIDS and Substance Abuse, College Fair, Healthy Relationships, HOPE for Youth, Latino After-School Initiative, Padres Latinos Educando Nuestros Adolecentes, Poder Latino Action Network, Poder Latino de Jovenes, Timothy Smith Community Technology Center, and TRIO Educational Talent Search, as well as program collaboration and contracting with federal, state, and private entities. The series contains correspondence, manuals, memoranda, newsletters, policies, presentations, proposals, reference materials, and reports.
