Overview The Boston School of Physical Education was founded in 1913. Co-founder Marjorie Bouvé became the first director. Overview A leader in physical education, Marjorie Bouvé was born in 1879 in Hull, Massachusetts. She attended school at the Boston Normal School of Gymnastics, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
